I am a lawyer with enough technical skill to build the MVP, but now it´s time to get a real tech person on board to take the prototype to production.

This is interesting and has a great potential mainly in B2B space and with some precaution in the B2C space as well - I've been thinking about this for a long time as this is very a necessity in my home country.
