Do you hate it when they read your mail and then leave you on “Seen”? 😢

“Would you be interested in joining me over a call to discuss this further?”

Maybe, depending on how well you’ve written your cold email. 🤷

I, for one, would respond to a cold email if it met me where I am i.e., if it addressed me and my pain points, and also provided a solution. But most cold emails don’t get the attention that they warrant.

To help you with this, I’ve put together 8 free cold email templates that you can use right away. Find them here ⬇️⬇️⬇️

I prefer talking on emails than call or video chat.

Yeah I wonder what this percent is, of people I know it's probably a good like 5/10.

Imagine potentially losing half of all people because only CTA is "let's do a call"

    2. 1

Yes, emails do make for a good way in this case. Also, I think most people prefer being contacted via email instead of receiving phone calls.

  2. 1

Tangential, but I really don't give a damn about "seen" notifications.

I've had customers get extremely offended that I saw their message and didn't reply for 5 hours (it was 1am here...)

So I turned off "seen" capability in our live chat!
