Really chuffed to launch Greenhouse!

Greenhouse is the leaner-than-lean way to figure out what content will work for your business - and then do it very well 🌿

Every founder I speak to is basically 100% on board with the idea that they should use content to grow their business. But many teams spend way too long figuring out how.

So did I when I first started out. It took a few years - and a few false starts - to work out that the foundations are actually pretty simple:

➔ Define the audience that are actually going to buy
➔ Work out which messages will help them get there
➔ Prioritise content campaigns with the biggest impact

With Greenhouse I’ve packaged up the must-haves for growing with content, so you don’t need to spend a bomb on strategy, make a confused hire, or invest in content that no one sees.

I’m looking to kick things off by working with 3 SaaS founders. If that’s you - or you know anyone - let me know!

Love your slogan which is so true: “Invest in the 10% of the content that actually makes a difference”. Good job 👍

Hey! Your product sounds pretty useful. I'm preparing a free catalog for SaaS founders and think GreenHouse would fit it perfectly! Would you like it to be listed? It's free and I just need some answers to my questionnaire. Let me know if interested. Thanks!

Cool, but not sure how to contact you to send the questionnaire.

Hey Alan, nice product, thanks for sharing. I was wondering, you mentioned it took you a few years to develop the idea into what it is today, have you had to adapt/change elements of the product as the landscape changed? If so, what were they?

I guess there was a lot of muddling through before I was confident in an approach to content that would work with most early-stage tech businesses.

tbh this mostly came down to experience spending time with clients and not being able to grow them due to audience/message/product fit issues - then thinking through how I could restructure the productised offering to make sure that I was able to identify these clients more quickly in future.

That's why the packages go in this order:

      1. Audience
      2. Message
      3. Campaign

Without a clear idea of the audience you're targeting, you shouldn't do 2+3. Without a clear idea of the message you need to deliver to your audience to make them buy, you shouldn't do 3.
